Sexual Abuse

Supporting & helping survivors

You may have suffered in silence for years, or have always found it difficult to talk about something that happened to you a long time ago. Talking to someone in a safe, non-judgemental space can start the healing process.

Survivors may have issues involving; drugs and alcohol, sex addiction and compulsion, avoidance of sexual intimacy, difficulties in maintaining relationships, anger and rage, PTSD including flashbacks and nightmares.

I offer a supportive environment, allowing you to talk at your own pace, about any aspect of sexual or emotional abuse you may have suffered.

  • Hiding a secret, need to be believed
  • Finding sexual relationships difficult
  • Suffering from shame and/or guilt
  • Feel isolated and alone
  • Trying to understand your true sexuality
